2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates are based on information provided during inspection or inquiry.
Prices may change if:

  • Site conditions differ from what was initially discussed,
  • Additional work is requested, or
  • Unexpected hazards (power lines, hidden debris, rot, etc.) are discovered.

We’ll notify you before any price changes are applied.

3. Scheduling and Access

Customers must provide safe access to the property and work area on the scheduled service day.
Please remove pets, vehicles, and personal belongings from the work zone for safety.
Weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling—our team will communicate promptly.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, check, or other approved payment methods.
Late payments may result in service charges or collection actions.

5. Property Damage and Liability

We take precautions to protect your property. However:

  • We are not responsible for minor lawn or ground disturbances caused by normal equipment use,
  • We are not liable for damage to underground utilities or hidden obstacles unless informed in advance.

Wallingford Tree Service carries liability insurance, but customers must provide accurate information about site conditions.

6. Tree Health and Risk

Tree work carries inherent risks. While we follow industry best practices, we cannot guarantee the long-term health or stability of trees after trimming or pruning.
We may refuse work that poses unreasonable danger to our crew or property.

7. Cleanup and Debris Removal

Unless specified otherwise in a written quote, standard cleanup includes removal of limbs and brush generated by our crew.
Firewood, wood chips, or logs left on-site become the property owner’s responsibility unless arranged beforehand.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Short-notice cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or submit false information through contact or quote forms.
We reserve the right to modify or remove website content at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wallingford Tree Service will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
